Terms & Conditions — Kalakar Reward Program

Please read these terms carefully. By participating in the Kalakar Reward Program you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Kalakar Reward Program is applicable for Contractors only. The Kalakar Loyalty Program is powered and managed by Incentix Loyalty Private Limited, a leading loyalty management company specializing in digital engagement and rewards programs. Incentix oversees the program’s registration, communication, point management, and reward delivery on behalf of Country Laminates.
  2. Country Laminates reserves the right to extend or reduce the program duration and shall notify Contractors about such change well in advance.
  3. Country Laminates provide full consent to Incentix Loyalty Private Limited (CIN: 1101628890000088171) to send communication on their behalf from CTYKLR to their registered partners.
  4. Images shown in the catalogue are indicative of the product being offered; product colour and design may vary from the displayed product image.
  5. Orders will be delivered to members within 25 working days of the order placement date. In case of unforeseen delays, an SMS notification will be sent to the members.
  6. Orders with multiple products may get delivered on different dates. If any goods require installation, the cost must be borne by the participant.
  7. In case of non-availability of product an alternative product will be suggested. If the Contractor does not choose the alternate product, the points will be reversed.
  8. Defective or damaged goods will be replaced, or an alternate product will be delivered only if the defect is reported within 48 hours of receiving the defective or damaged goods to the program help desk.
  9. The reward is non-transferable. Country Laminates reserves the right to ask for ID proof to ensure authenticity of the beneficiary.
  10. Only members with an ‘active’ Kalakar program membership can request redemption of points.
  11. The points cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, used to obtain cash advances, or used against payment for any charges incurred.
  12. Country Laminates reserves the right to make program points and promotional offers available to select members based on purchase activity, geographic location, and program participation.
  13. If any contact details or address need to be changed, members should contact the helpdesk at 2121212121. In case of mobile number change, points balance will be transferred to the new number.
  14. Country Laminates reserves the right to withdraw, discontinue, or terminate any individual’s membership in the program. Upon membership termination, all points accrued shall be considered invalid with immediate effect.
  15. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sonipat.
  16. With regards to the Kalakar program, the decision of Country Laminates shall be final and binding in all respects. Country Laminates may add, delete, substitute, or modify the rewards and/or the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice during the tenure of the program; such decisions shall be final and binding, and all Kalakar program members consent to the same.
